UK businessman Dylan Beese has given the public a look inside his luxury Sea Point penthouse rental. The 25-year-old has made a fortune as a consultant in an OnlyFans Management (OFM) business.
He claims to generate over $1 million (R16,5 million) in monthly revenue.

On his TikTok account, Dylan Beese gave the public a look at his luxury penthouse in Sea Point.
The 25-year-old revealed that he pays around R210 000 per month in rent.
The two-storey apartment boasts features such as an elevator, a rooftop infinity pool, and a wraparound balcony with views of Lion’s Head and the beach. Dylan bragged about having a live-in domestic helper and private chef.
When asked what he does for fun in Cape Town, Dylan sarcastically responded: “Take girls up to my penthouse and kidnap them.

He admitted that living in Sea Point, Cape Town, was “crazy expensive”.
In a video posted on his YouTube account, he bragged about his luxury lifestyle in the city, that included another luxury villa, a collection of sports cars and partying with beautiful women.
“Work hard, play harder”, he said in the video.
