CEBU CITY — Oil prices in Central Visayas, and virtually in the rest of the world, won’t likely return to their pre-Iran war levels despite recent rollbacks and the extension of a fragile ceasefire in the Middle East. Structural supply disruptions and climate risks continue to weigh on global energy markets, according to regional economists.
