CEBU CITY, Philippines — Cebuano engineer John Veluz Labrador clinched the top spot in the April 2026 Registered Electrical Engineer Licensure Examination (REELE). Labrador, a resident of Barangay Babag, Lapu-Lapu City, led the 3,769 passers nationwide with a rating of 94.25 percent.
