CEBU CITY, Philippines — The 48th ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) Summit in Cebu is drawing near, and economic ministers have tasked senior officials to develop a comprehensive regional strategy to cushion the impact of escalating tensions in the Middle East. The recommendations are set to be presented during the summit proper next week.
