Cebu City, Mandaue busts: 3 targets nabbed, ₱782K shabu seized

Three high-value drug suspects remain in detention after separate buy-bust operations in Cebu City and Mandaue City over the weekend led to the seizure from them of around ₱782,000 worth of suspected shabu.
