Mayor Nestor Archival confirmed on Wednesday that Cebu City has started stockpiling collected garbage at the South Road Properties (SRP) after exhausting its contracted waste disposal volume in Aloguinsan, while City Hall simultaneously pushes to resume dumping operations at the controversial Binaliw landfill.
