MANDAUE CITY, Cebu — The Traffic Enforcement Agency of Mandaue (TEAM) has terminated three of its personnel this month following a series of corruption allegations involving extortion and bribery. TEAM head Hyll Retuya confirmed that the agency moved to terminate the enforcers after viral videos and photos surfaced on social media documenting their illegal activities.
