CEBU CITY, Philippines — The Cebu City Sports Commission (CCSC) Summer Grassroots Program 2026 concluded successfully on Saturday, May 16, at the Cebu City Sports Institute in Barangay Sawang Calero. The free community-based sports program was able to train nearly 3,000 children aged 7 to 14 across 26 sports disciplines during its two-month run. CCSC
