MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) is pushing for a bigger budget to strengthen the infrastructure of its eGovPH mobile application following recent service disruptions. The app suffered outages lasting several hours across two days last week, with users reporting difficulties logging in and completing transactions earlier in the month.
