MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. announced on Wednesday that the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) will expand maternity benefits beginning April 30. PhilHealth coverages for normal delivery will already be increased from P9,750 to P29,000. Meanwhile, the coverage for those who will give birth via caesarean section will increase from P37,000 to P58,000. ALSO READ:
