LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — Public utility vehicle (PUV) drivers in Cebu can now save up to ₱1,500 per week on fuel expenses as local gas stations participate in the government’s fuel subsidy program. The program provides qualified beneficiaries with a ₱10 discount per liter of diesel, up to a maximum of 150 liters per week.
